TIFFIN HOUSE BLEND 2018: THE WOOL EXCHANGE (FAIRTRADE)
Taste Notes: Dried fruits, milk chocolate, hazelnut - a smooth, sweet and balanced brew.
Origins: Seasonal including: Peru Soly Cafe, Honduras Capucas, Sumatra, Koptan, Columbia, Asopcafa & Bolivia Proagro.
Espresso with a small amount of foamed milk.
Espresso and steamed milk with a dense layer of micro-foam atop. Topped with cocoa powder if required.
2018 SEASON 1 GUEST BLEND: HUSTLERGATE (FAIRTRADE)
Taste Notes: A reet grand combination of caramel and dark chocolate with subtle fruit complexity.
Origins: Seasonal including: Brazil Ascarive, Peru Soly Cafe, Honduras Capucas, Soppexcca and Nicaragua.
A latte with the house cocoa powder added, giving it a chocolate flavour.
A double shot of espresso added to hot water.
TIFFIN DECAF BLEND 2018: SWAN ARCADE (ORGANIC)
Taste Notes: Smooth chocolate with a subtle acidity.
Origins: Seasonal including: Peru and Guatemela
